2.1. Contact form

  • Purpose: responding to your inquiry
  • Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
2.2. Technical data generated during website use
  • Personal data processed: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, date/time of access, cookie identifiers
  • Purpose: ensuring the security, stability, and proper functioning of our website
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

We use first-party cookies as described in our Cookie Policy (e.g. to remember your cookie choices and regional site preference). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this Notice and the Cookie Policy and will obtain consent where required.

RDI stores personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Technical logs: 3–12 months, depending on security and IT operational requirements
  • Cookies: according to cookie type (typically 1 day – 24 months)

Retention periods follow the GDPR’s principles of purpose limitation and data minimization.

4.1. Internal access

Personal data is accessible only to RDI employees and departments who require it to perform their duties.

4.2. External service providers

We may use third-party service providers (e.g., web hosting, IT operation providers) who process personal data on our behalf under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as:

RDI does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. RDI does not conduct automated decision-making or profiling.
